Job Description:

This position is for a Mortgage Advisor within a dynamic mortgage brokerage, assisting clients with property purchases and mortgage refinancing. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, excel at building relationships, and effectively manage a portfolio of clients.

  • Providing guidance to new clients on the mortgage options suited to their needs.
  • Managing mortgage applications, ensuring accurate preparation, processing, and data entry with providers.
  • Monitoring the new business pipeline to ensure efficient proposal turnaround.
  • Communicating with clients and lenders to ensure a smooth mortgage completion process.
  • Ensure client files are complete and compliant with policies and procedures before filing.
  • Handle daily administrative queries related to client applications, keeping the manager informed of key developments and potential sales opportunities.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for new business processes and existing client reviews.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring the new business pipeline is always current.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support business growth.
  • Oversee general office administration tasks.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Relevant industry qualification

  • Excellent organizational skills

Advantageous:

  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and compliance procedures
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced financial services brokerage
